Bullet Invoices respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app stores, how iCloud sync works, and what we do (and do not) collect when you use the app.

Summary: Bullet Invoices does not run a backend server for your invoice data. Your invoices are stored on your device and can be synced via Apple iCloud if you enable it.

1) Information We Collect

Bullet Invoices does not collect personal data on our servers.

The app stores invoice data locally on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account.

  • Invoice details (invoice number, dates, totals)
  • Line items, quantities, and prices
  • Client information (name, email, address)
  • Business information (name, contact details, logo)
  • Invoice payment status (paid/unpaid)
  • Export history (PDF export timestamps)

2) How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to provide core invoicing features, including:

  • Creating and managing invoices
  • Managing clients and business settings
  • Tracking paid/unpaid status
  • Generating and exporting PDFs
  • Syncing data across devices (optional via iCloud)

3) iCloud Sync

Bullet Invoices uses Apple iCloud services to keep your invoices and related data in sync across your devices.

  • iCloud sync is optional and controlled by your device settings.
  • Synced data is stored in your iCloud account and managed by Apple.
  • Bullet Invoices does not have access to your Apple ID or iCloud account.

4) Data Sharing

Bullet Invoices does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

  • No third-party advertising
  • No third-party analytics
  • No tracking across apps or websites

5) Payments & Purchases

All in-app purchases (One-Time Export, Monthly Subscription, Annual Subscription) are processed through Apple’s App Store.

  • We do not collect or store payment card details.
  • We do not receive your billing information.
  • Purchase handling is managed by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

6) PDF Export

When you export an invoice as a PDF, the PDF is generated locally on your device. The app only shares the PDF when you choose to share it using the system share sheet.

  • No invoice data is uploaded to external servers for PDF generation.
  • Exported files are shared only via actions you initiate.

7) Data Retention

Your data remains available as long as it exists on your device and/or in your iCloud account. You can delete invoices, clients, or app data at any time within the app.

8) Children’s Privacy

Bullet Invoices is not intended for use by children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
