Any contract content you create (such as text, signatures, or PDFs) is created and stored locally on your device.
iCloud Sync
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, Instant Contracts may use Apple’s iCloud service to sync your saved contracts across your Apple devices.
iCloud syncing is managed entirely by Apple. Instant Contracts does not have access to your iCloud account or credentials.
How Your Data Is Used
Data stored by Instant Contracts is used solely to provide app functionality, including:
- Creating and editing contract templates
- Saving contracts for later access
- Exporting contracts as PDF files
- Syncing contracts via iCloud (if enabled)
Data Sharing
Instant Contracts does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
Contracts are shared only when you explicitly choose to export or send them using system features such as email or messaging.
