• Account and subscription information processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full Apple ID, email, or payment information.
• Gardens, plants, notes, reminders, photos, and other content that you choose to enter in the App.
• Photos you optionally attach to gardens or vegetables. These remain stored on your device or in your iCloud account.
• Support emails or feedback that you voluntarily send to us at azamsharp@gmail.com.

B. Information Collected Automatically

The My Veggie Garden app does not collect analytics, tracking information, crash data, or device identifiers. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools, and we do not collect any information automatically during your use of the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide core app features such as gardens, planting logs, notes, and reminders.
• To validate subscriptions via StoreKit.
• To maintain the functionality and reliability of the App. We do not collect analytics or diagnostic data; however, we may use general feedback you provide to improve the App.
• To respond to support inquiries.

3. Data Storage & iCloud Sync

My Veggie Garden uses Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit to securely store and sync your data across devices that use the same Apple ID. This includes gardens, vegetables, notes, and photos.

• You control your iCloud data through your Apple ID settings.
• We do not have direct access to your iCloud data.

4. Sharing Your Information

A. Service Providers

We may use analytics or crash-reporting tools to improve the App.

B. With Apple

C. Legal Compliance

We may disclose information to comply with laws or protect rights and safety.

D. Business Transfers

User data may transfer as part of a merger or acquisition.

5. Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to operate the App. You may delete gardens, notes, and photos at any time. iCloud data is managed by your Apple ID settings.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Edit or delete your data inside the App.
• Disable location access in device settings.
• Adjust notification preferences.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. International Users

Your information may be processed in different countries. Laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The updated date will appear at the top.
